成本: Rent is $6,900, with two $2,800 charges at the beginning of both the Fall and Spring 学期 and an additional $1,300 charge at the start of the Summer semester.

Deposit Information
For the 2023-2024 academic year, A non-refundable $500 deposit is due by 2023年3月31日. Of that total, $150 is a 住房 deposit that will be applied to rent. 剩下的 $350 is a damage deposit that can be recouped upon moving out of STC 住房 if there are no damages beyond normal wear and tear of the unit.
Contract Information
- If a student initially signs a 9-month contract and decides to stay though the summer the term that runs from May 5, 2024-July 31, 2024, the additional rental charge of $1,725 will be applied at the start of the Summer term.
- Additionally, students that sign on for the additional 3 months must understand that they may be required to move to a different unit so we can consolidate our residents.
- Students who move in mid-year will be charged a pro-rated amount based on the actual 入住日期.
资格
Eligible Southeast Technical College students must be enrolled in a program of study, making satisfactory academic progress and registered in at least one course throughout the duration of their 住房 contract.
If a student becomes ineligible for any reason, the student will have the option to pay the contract breakage fee equal to 2 months’ rent. Alternatively, the student may remain in 住房 through the term of their contract but will be subject to all 住房 policies and regulations as an enrolled student.
Students who complete the Southeast Tech 住房 Application must disclose if they are or have ever been required to register as a sex offender pursuant to law. 没有人 who is required by law to register as a sex offender may reside in Southeast Tech 住房. Students must also disclose criminal history that includes conviction, guilty plea, no contest plea or suspended imposition of sentence involving a felony offense.
Southeast Tech does not provide family 住房 nor does it require students to live on campus.
